As a final campaign grab, Joe Biden said that if Democrats win the pair of races, Congress would send a third stimulus check to Americans still reeling from the coronavirus pandemic, according to Fox Business.

“If you send Jon and the Reverend to Washington, those $2,000 checks will go out the door,” Biden said.

“And if you send Sens. Perdue and Loeffler back to Washington, those checks will never get there. It’s just that simple. The power is literally in your hands.”

Biden said that electing Osoff and Warnock would mean an end to “the gridlock that has gripped Washington and this nation” and would allow Congress to further his agenda on jobs, health care, justice and the environment, as well as COVID relief efforts.

“The debate over $2,000 isn’t some abstract debate in Washington, it’s about real lives. Your lives, the lives of good, hardworking Americans,” Joe Biden said. “If you’re like millions of Americans all across this country, you need the money, you need the help, and you need it now.”

The measure includes about $325 billion in small business relief, including $284 billion in forgivable loans for small businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program; an extension of boosted federal unemployment benefits at $300 a week through March 14, 2021, and a second $600 stimulus check.
