Three recent polls taken have revealed that Americans generally disapprove of how Joe Biden is handling the increasing minor migrant crisis at the U.S. Mexico border, according to The Daily Wire.
In some cases, Biden’s approval rating is below 50%.
The surveys show that close to half of the total voters belive that Biden is making the wrong moves regarding the crisis.
“According to a new Morning Consult/Politico poll, 49 percent of voters disapprove of Biden’s handling of immigration issues, up 8 percentage points since mid-March, while 40 percent approve, down 6 points over the same time period.”
The Morning Consult noted that Democrats are staring to become more and more concerned regarding the immigration crisis.
“The rapid movement came from across the political spectrum, with the share of Democrats who disapprove of his handling of immigration increasing 11 points (to 20 percent), and the share of Republicans who said the same up 7 points (to 84 percent), since Biden took office,” Morning Consult said.
Numbers seem to be getting even worse for Biden as his approval rating regarding the crisis decreases.
“[J]ust 34% of Americans approve of Biden’s handling of immigration, while 53% disapprove. A majority of independents and even a quarter of Democrats disapprove of the job he’s doing on the issue,” NPR reported.

According to ABC News network, 57% of respondents told the network that they don’t approve of the way Biden is handling the issue.
Biden “is facing some early tests in his first two months in office, finding himself underwater for his handling of gun violence after two mass shootings in a week and the surge of migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, which has brought at least 18,000 unaccompanied children into U.S. custody.”
“An equal 57% of Americans disapprove of his approach on both issues, while just over 4 in 10 Americans approve,” ABC News stated.
The Biden administration finally allowed media tours inside the detention facilities that are operating far beyond max capacity,
15,500 unaccompanied minors are in Customs and Border Protection custody spread across the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Florida.
A photographer described the facility and said that children are packed shoulder to shoulder in small rooms.
The Biden administration is making efforts to create more detention facilites.

Vice President Kamala Harris was charged, late last week, with overseeing the situation at the border. She has yet to hold a press conference on the subject and her spokesperson told reporters on Friday that she has no plans to visit the detention facilities and will, instead, pursue “diplomacy.”
